The 2025 holiday season is approaching. Many individuals who have experienced cults or other high-control environments were not permitted to participate in holiday observances. The Freedom Train Project Incorporated (“The Freedom Train Project”) is organizing a limited gift drive for a small number of individuals and/or families who wish to take part in holiday celebrations. Instructions
Please complete this form to be included in the pool of submissions. The Freedom Train Project’s Board of Directors will select the final recipients in its sole discretion. This will be based on various considerations. This may include, but are not limited to: the feasibility and appropriateness of the requested gifts, the content of the submission story, and any other factors the Board deems relevant to the program’s goals and available resources. Submission of this form does not guarantee selection or receipt of any gift.
Confidentiality in our 2025 Holiday Cheer Program
This program is not income-based. Please keep your story succinct, factual, and focused on the requested information. Certain details may need to be verified before any gifts are finalized or publicized for community participation. All personally identifying information will remain confidential and will not be shared with the Board of Directors. Only the Executive Director will have access to the identity of the person or family associated with each submission. The Board of Directors will receive only the de-identified “story” portion and requested gift details for purposes of evaluation and selection.
Nominations
You are welcome to nominate yourself and/or your family. If you choose to nominate another person or family, you must ensure that have agreed to participate. By submitting this form on behalf of another person or family, you represent and warrant that you have obtained their informed consent to share the information you provide.
